Frozen and quiet, the beautiful blue Danube is dressed in winter white.

The pedestrian bridge is disassembled every winter and now rests on the ice.
Summertime finds this part of the Danube hopping with restaurants, bars, and dance clubs and even an over-water trampoline area. Many of Vienna's high-rise buildings provide the backdrop.
